Christian Brunner

Christian Brunner has joined the PACTA team after working for 25 years with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), half of them in South-East Asia. Christian has acquired wide experience in working on humanitarian issues and international humanitarian law in conflict situations and he consults PACTA's programs.
