Nuno Delicado

Nuno focuses on process design and facilitation, providing direction in complex disputes or conflicts based on systematic assessment and planning, leveraging key lessons from other dispute settlement processes in the public and private sectors. Nuno also mediates at Singapore’s Small Claims Tribunal, and teaches negotiation and conflict management at INSEAD and at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore. He was previously a management consultant with Bain and McKinsey, in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
